Makeup Girls On Lock was created and founded by Sara Jennifer. She was inspired by her children and dedicated her vision to the mothers in the San Fernando Valley, where the brand began. Sara Jennifer and her kids would deliver affordable makeup products and beauty baskets filled with goodies to the people in the local communities of the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles areas.
